Meet Nick!
Nick's humble beginning started as a chubby and overweight child. Being teased a lot about his weight during his early years, he decided he could take control of his life and change it. His first gym session lasted 2 and a half hours and after the passion and enthusiasm he felt, he knew he truly found his calling. Continually training for many years, he transformed his own body, his mentality, his confidence and his entire lifestyle. This led him to many opportunities and he was discovered by an Australian Champion bodybuilder who convinced him to compete in Bodybuilding. His first show was in 2000, where he placed 2nd as a novice. He has now competed at a national and international level winning many awards such as the 2005 INBA Mr. Victoria Overall and the 2005 INBA Australian Titles Overall. While bodybuilding has shaped his life, he now finds his passion in sharing this knowledge with new exercisers at the Natural Muscle studio. He currently trains upcoming talent such as Aaron Cooper, Elana Tsasos and many other athletes and champions such as the Angelic Gladiator, Tiffany Hall. But this has not stopped him from sharing his knowledge with people from all walks of life who just want to make that first step to changing their lifestyle, like he did when he was younger.

Training Style & Influences
My training is very high intensity with not many breaks. I specialise not just in bodybuilding, but body transformation creating my own weight training circuits that target the whole body in one session. I also utilise split programs but change the exercises on a weekly basis hitting different muscles all the time to better condition the body.

Meet Domenic!
Domenic started his fitness journey, playing soccer for many years. After a serious knee injury, his soccer ambitions were cut short. His passion and work ethic for training were always strong, which led him to move into natural bodybuilding. He started competing in 2000 placing 5th as a novice in the INBA. For the next couple of years he placed outside the top 3 even though being invited to compete on the world stage in Phoenix Arizona placing 5th. After a rest in 2003 he stepped up his training and in 2004 his persistence paid off, winning his first INBA Victorian Open and placing in the top 3 in the INBA Australian Open. His second trip to compete on the world stage at the INBA Natural Olympia (USA) placed him 3rd in the world, winning a bronze medal. After his triumph in natural bodybuilding he now takes a back step concentrating on preparing others for their respective competitions at his Natural Muscle Studio. Although competing in the occasional event such as winning the 2007 WFF Victorian Championships Master Open, he is now looking to help transform people's lives through persistence and preparation for their goals in life.

Training Style & Influences
While I always adapt to the clients needs, I use a very high-intensity and cardio-orientated style to get my clients the results they want. I vary my sessions to keep up the intensity using specific exercises to achieve strength, endurance, hypertrophy & cardio strength.

Carlos has always been involved in sports and fitness and has played footy in the Essendon district football league since he was 10 and currently plays for Roxbourgh Park. He has also played basketball at rep level for Hume and has played soccer in Brunswick.
In 2005, Carlos survived a serious car accident and rehabilitated himself through hard work and determination. Shortly after, he realised his passion for fitness and what he could do to help people change their lives for the better.

I like to mix it up to make each session enjoyable and interesting. Boxing, body weight resistance, cardio, running, jumping and explosive movements using the outdoors and parks. Weight loss sessions vary immensely and may include boxing cardio, circuits and resistance training methods, as well as nutritional guidance.

I have a strong sporting background in a variety of sports. Some of the warm-ups I do with my clients are basketball drills, netball drills and football drills. I also include stretching at the end of a session as I have a dancing background. The sports I have played have been very high intensity so I like to bring that intensity into my training sessions.
