Meet Reece

Reece is one of the most recent inclusions to the Paramount Personal Training Team. His willingness to learn and share his knowledge in a range of areas is highly developed for his experience in the industry.
He has already achieved some outstanding results with his clientelle, with a mixture of indoor and outdoor cross training. Reece is currently working with Collingwood Football Club and its VFL affiliate Williamstown Football Club as a strength and condition coach. His proven training methods will help you achieve your goals in the most effective and efficient manner.

Training Style & Influences

Training people to their individual personality style.

Base most of my training on scientific principles, in terms of years of working in the industry and training elite athletes in the presence of top trainers.

  • Certificate III in Fitness - Gym Instructor (AIF)
  • Certificate IV in Fitness - Personal Trainer (AIF)
  • Level 2 rehabilitation co-ordinator for Williamstown FC
  • Level 2 Boxing Instructor

Why I Became a Personal Trainer

Have always been interested in fitness having been part of a family that was involved in the fitness industry for most my childhood.

Have always had a passion for health and fitness and just recently decided to get into it full-time and dedicate myself to it fully.
