Why Paramount Health & Fitness Club?

Seven years ago we ventured into the business known as Paramount Health & Fitness Club. As a group of friends who share a passion for exercise, our aim was always to offer a facility where each person can enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle within a friendly, non-threatening environment, whilst assured of the utmost quality in all program offerings.

The seven stars featured in our company logo each represent a letter from the statement "A Better Life for All of Us". This statement defines our business objective, we aim to increase the quality of life for all our members and potential members.

We believe that we have made important steps towards achieving this goal and will continue to strive forward with this aim in mind to deliver a health & fitness club of superior quality that is always welcoming to its members.

As a previous Cinema/Theatre then becoming 'The Exercise Theatre' the premises has had a long history offering valuable service to the City of Moonee Valley. This business developed a reputation for high quality Group Fitness Classes delivering to eager exercise participants for almost twenty years.

Paramount has been operating since 1998 using a strong emphasis on Pilates style fitness training.

As current management of Paramount we have enjoyed the challenges faced over the past seven years and are proud owners of Paramount Health & Fitness Club. We believe we offer exercise programs of the highest quality along with a superior level of customer service. The unique facets of our club represented through the success of Boot Camp combined with the positive feedback from many loyal club members.

We look forward to meeting further challenges in the ever-changing Fitness Industry in the years ahead, and would love to take you with us upon the journey of a better lifestyle.

Membership Details

-At Paramount Health and Fitness we have no Joining FEES or Contracts.

-With every full membership we give you a FREE Assessment.

-Ongoing Assessment is available at your request.

-We also provide off-peak memberships.

-We always have qualified staff on hand at all times.

-All new members will be given a walk-through of the gym facilities and your new program.

Rules

-Must always bring a sweat towel and water bottle.
-Water fountains all around for you to use.
-Be courteous to other members.
