  The Pakenham Fitness Factory prides itself on knowing all members on a first name basis. At our fitness club we will aim to provide the programming and service to help all clients work towards their goals, either short or long term. Our club prides itself on knowing all members more on a personal level, allowing us to take a special interest in that clients exercise program.
  
All trainers are experienced fitness professionals who practice what they preach.

10 visit pass $65.00

20 visit pass $120.00
 
- All monthly memberships include the first 2-3 training sessions with a trainer.
- Then follow up programs every 6 weeks.
- Trainers are always available to answer questions and help out.
- One on One Pt sessions can be purchased for $45.00 for a 1 HR session.
    

Rules
Gym rules are.
Respect all other members.
Respect the equipment and use it correctly. 
Work out towel is essential
Runners and correct workout clothing essential.

The main workout area has a huge range of the latest Hammer Strength plate loaded equipment. There is a huge range of machines so you have endless variety, and you won't get held up waiting for machines.
