Meet Megan

Megan began her fitness journey at the early age of 5, playing netball. By the age of 13, she continued to play competitively for various different clubs. She has always been in sports throughout her life and in 2002 began weight training in the gym environment. Her interests are in special population groups completing an asthma and anaphylactic course. This knowledge and passion has helped her become a more rounded personal trainer, allowing her to help all types of people who need fitness. She also loves to help women with women issues in training, focusing on mothers and babies and pre and post natal exercise.

Training Style & Influences

My training has been influenced by Gillian Anderson from the Biggest Loser. My sessions vary from drop-sets to heavy weights, cardio-boxing to fat burning cardio exercises. I use a lot of exercises to tone and sculpt my clients, lots of core exercises with a focus on particular areas depending on the client's needs.

    Endurance Training - Working on breathing and leg strength by doing a lot of cardio to get clients to the stage where they can run long distances.
