My 30 Minutes - Fitness For Busy Women is a brand new Wheelers Hill 30-minute express workout for women, exercising the whole body with adjustable resistance and cardio training. Unlike other 30 minute workouts, we have qualified personal trainers on-site to guide you through your individualised workout. Your personal trainer will customise a tailored workout guide to suit your needs.  At My 30 Minutes, we offer a great variety of programs fit for any goal - from weight-loss and toning to muscle building.

We also offer nutritional guidance according to Australian Government Dietary Guidelines, a weight management program (weight-loss or weight-gain strategies) and finally, a comprehensive wellness/lifestyle program.

What programs are offered
    * A complete fitness program
    * A weight management program
    * A better lifestyle program

How you achieve better health
    * A thirty minute strength and cardio circuit workout, three times a week.
    * Additional movement or exercise outside of your three clinic visits
    * Simple 'no-diet' energy balance determinations
    * Wellness seminars and products.
    * Body age, metabolic and gene testing (optional)

Membership Details
My 30 Minutes is a total wellness concept that supports members in achieving health and wellbeing. To make a your transition into health, fitness and wellbeing easier, you can follow these stages to better wellness.

Stage 1 Pre-trial:
Download a voucher below to try out our wellness concept before you join. We will give you an introduction to our facilities and services and show you how we can help you achieve total health and wellbeing.

Stage 2 Assessments:
When you join as a member, you'll be given access to cutting edge technologies to help educate you about your body, and help us create a personalised program for you.

Stage 3 Demonstration:
When we have created your personalised program, you will receive a one on one demonstration of your program, how to use the equipment and how to achieve your results. You will receive a booklet on how to achieve your results in 30 minute workouts.

Stage 4 Support:
Your journey to achieving better health and wellbeing is part of our journey. Our Qualified personal trainers will be with you every step of the way. We will reassess you, adjust your goals and compare your results every month to see your improved results. When you are ready, our personal trainers can shake up your training program to include more than just the circuit. You will be invited to seminars and have access to a range of wellness products and services that help support our members. It may only take 30 minutes, but your results will last a lifetime.
