Meet George
George “The Legend” Tabban has 47 years experience in bodybuilding, body shaping, training and fitness. He has had a distinguished competitive career having competed over 50 times and won many championships in bodybuilding. George has trained with the world’s best, developing skills and knowledge as a trainer through experience, experimentation and research. His dedication to the sport of bodybuilding has earned him the admiration of his peers and clients alike.
George is equally experienced in the area of food and nutrition. He is an authority in nutrition for fitness and body sculpting. His expertise in this area ensures an appropriate eating plan is developed for each client’s needs, whether to improve their shape or for State, National or International competition or sustainable weight loss
George and his son Michael, continue to lead the way in changing body shapes and making life-changing improvements with their clients. Both father and son have dedicated the past 5 years in refining their training techniques, program structure and nutritional prescriptions to adapt to the ever-changing role of fitness, body shaping and wellbeing.

Why I Became a Personal Trainer
Because I got all the experience in bodybuilding, taking me 3 years just to study human muscles. We look at symmetry and bone structure and then we know which exercise hits the right parts and how to improve it. With all my experience, I created my own method and this is what is used by all MBS trainers - the SHAPE program.
