Meet Wendy

I personally needed a lot of help with healthy eating and doing regular exercise, when I first joined the gym. It changed my life, so I completed my certificate 3 and 4 at the Australian Institute of Fitness in Bendigo, and became a personal trainer, so that I could help others.

Training Style & Influences

The main thing that influences the way I train people is knowing what its like to be overweight and sticking to a program of healthy eating and exercise, even though the results seem slow. I try and encourage people to look for long term results instead of short term fix. Always be understanding, encouraging and make fitness fun.

Qualifications

  • My qualifications are Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness,
  • and level 2 in first aid
