The Kmotion Fitness and Dance studio in Burwood EAST has been operating since 2007 providing fun, fitness and education to the Burwood community. Our Burwood group fitness & dance studio offers a range of exclusive classes including aerobics, strength, mind & body and dance with a team of fun and creative instructors.

Our friendly team is passionate about what they do and want to share their knowledge with you whether you’re a beginner in fitness, intermediate or even advanced. We have a small studio allowing us to give personalised attention to all those coming here regularly for their workouts. We provide a perfect training environment for older adults, families, parents and their children offering unique classes including:

- SmartFitball, Chiball plus Core Strength and Stretch for relaxation
- Bellydance and Funky Dance with our experienced dance instructors
- Boxercycle for a great all over workout with great cardiovascular and weightloss
  benefits
- Strength & tone to offer a mix of cardio and weight training for muscle tone,  
  weight loss, strength and general wellbeing
- Aerobics and Step to get you sweating and your muscles pumping
- Ageing with attitude, light paced for over 50’s, to develop strength, flexibility,
  cardio fitness and general wellbeing ...
- ...and much more!

At Kmotion we have put the fun back in fitness - and we are waiting to show you how you can have fun too!

Fitness Studio / Dance Membership Details
Our aim is to ensure everybody who comes into our studio experiences a friendly and safe workout environment.

We provide a very personal service which helps our members get personal attention and achieve their fitness goals through:

- small group training classes (maximum 10 - 16 depending on the class)
- competitions awarding prizes for achieving members
- member of the month honours to inspire others to excel
- social events to unite our members and share experiences
- special extended classes on long weekends

At Kmotion Fitness and Dance studio we understand everyone is busy with various commitments. This is why we have NO CONTRACTS to keep things flexible.

What we offer is:

- casual passes
- 10 multi-visit passes
- 1, 3 and 6 month unlimited passes

This way you will never waste your membership and only pay for the classes you use. This is why our members keep coming back and why we have put fun and freedom back into fitness.

Rules
- Book in for a class (classes have limited numbers to maintain a personal atmosphere)
- Wear appropriate workout attire
- Bring a drink bottle and towel
- Must show your pass for each class
- Must have a passion to be fit and healthy - and want to have fun!

Description
A lite pace class for over 50s - involves some cardio work in the form of aerobics for 20 - 30 minutes. The second half includes some light weights and abdominal / core training ending with a nice relaxing stretch.  Great class to keep osteoporosis at bay as well as keep you young into your old age!  Helps also with menopause, keeping blood pressure down and making sure your body stays strong and flexible.  Join us in the fight and age with attitude!!!
