Boxing | Kaizen Fitness Personal Training Balaclava
Description
Our boxing classes focus on the development of technique and are highly focused on increasing fitness qualities such as anaerobic conditioning, muscular endurance and strength. Sessions run for 55 minutes and are designed to increase the level of physical conditioning of the participants whilst teaching skills and training methodologies of boxing.
Beginners Level 1 - Focuses on development of stance, footwork, offense and defense.
Intermediate Level 2 - Building on basics, incorporating more advanced combinations and more complex footwork, offense and defense.
Advanced Level 3 - Recommneded for those with sound technique and fitness. Must be recommended by instructor. Not open class.

Boxing for Kids | Kaizen Fitness Personal Training Balaclava
Description
Kaizen Boxing has developed the perfect solution to combat the growing health concerns of Australian youth. The Kaizen Team is a class for 12-16 year-old boys and girls based on boxing and kickboxing training. It is a daily fun, friendly and fast-paced class that accommodates all levels of fitness. Our classes are safe and most importantly enjoyable!!

Group Strength Training | Kaizen Fitness Personal Training Balaclava
Description
Each class begins with a comprehensive warm up, including dynamic stretching and muscle activation sets. The program design of the class will give participants the opportunity to use a variety of resistance training tools such as: body weight, free weights, cable machines and medicine balls. Throughout the session a high priority will be placed on correct technique. Each participant will be continually assessed to ensure adequate progression. There are many benefits of introducing this strength class into your usual training schedule, with characteristics not found in interval training, increasing physical strength and becoming more resistant to injury. Class will conclude with an extensive cool down and discussion, nutritional advice and further Kaizen Fitness developments with the trainer.

Stability Mobility | Kaizen Fitness Personal Training Balaclava
Description
Our new Stability/Mobility classes aim to help increase the range of movement through only the joints and actions that require and benefit from this development. We will also focus on increasing stabilization, strength and endurance through the segments, joints and actions that require them.
Classes will be instructed by Brentan Parsons a new member of the Kaizen Fitness Team. I would like to introduce him to you all as a highly accomplished and experienced trainer that I believe we will all learn much from.
