Meet Greg

Greg started as a junior soccer coach in Sunbury and has had more than 12 years experience in fitness. He got into training for general fitness and health.
Greg was unhappy with his day to day job and realised he just wanted to work with people closely to help improve their lives. So he turned his passion for fitness into a full time job and has been personal training clients since 2006.

Training Style & Influences

Greg is a tough, yet supportive on his clients and he mentally prepares them to succeed by not allowing them to make excuses for themselves. As a junior coach Greg learned how to bring the best out of children while keeping them responsive and motivated and he uses this knowledge and experience to keep clients engaged. He uses boxing, resistance, core stability and cardio throughout his sessions.

  • Certificate III in Fitness - Gym Instructor
  • Certificate IV in Fitness - Personal Trainer
  • Level 2 First Aid
