Meet Carlos

Carlos has always been involved in sports and fitness and has played footy in the Essendon district football league since he was 10 and  currently plays for Roxbourgh Park. He has also played basketball at rep level for Hume and has played soccer in Brunswick.

In 2005, Carlos survived a serious car accident and rehabilitated himself through hard work and determination. Shortly after, he realised his passion for fitness and what he could do to help people change their lives for the better.

Training Style & Influences

Focus on strength training and weight-loss. Carlso uses a lot of cardiovascular running and high-intensity drills and resistance training for weights.

Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Fitness - Gym Instructor
  • Certificate IV in Fitness - Personal Trainer
  • Level 2 First Aid
