Meet Brendan

I am currently in University studying to become a PE teacher as well as an Australian history teacher. I have been working as a personal trainer for four years, which I love, and have been involved in competitive sport & gym work for around 10 Years. I have found that my university study has made my job even more enjoyable and enhanced my knowledge and professionalism. Outside of work I love to play hard, mainly going to mountains and snow boarding. I also enjoy listening to live music, particularly in Melbourne as its local music scene in awesome. Family and friends play an important role in my life so I try catch up with them as much as possible.

Using a variety of training methods that best suits you, we will work together to achieve the goals & results you want. By stepping out of your comfort zone and being inspired to push your limits in a positive and motivating environment.

Qualifications

  • Certificate 3 in Gym Instruction
  • Certificate 4 in Personal Training
  • Level 2 Level Aid
  • Currently completing Bachelor Physical Education at Victoria University.
