Having joined Good Life Balwyn in November 2006 I had lost a considerable amount of weight but by March of 2007 found my weight to plateau and this is when I decided to seek the assistance of a personal trainer.  I was introduced to Leigh Murphy.  Following my evaluation with Leigh i.e. weight, height, body fat, we discussed what my goals were and what I wanted to achieve.  In five months I have lost a further 10 kilograms in weight and dropped 2 dress sizes.  I train with Leigh three times per week each a half hour session.  Leigh's training sessions are never boring, no two sessions are ever alike, which is exactly what I need as I am not a disciplined person and get bored very easily.  I have struggled with weight problems all my life, since training with Leigh I cannot believe how easy it has been to move the extra kilos that I couldn't do on my own.

Having great facilities as Good Life gymnasium in Balwyn and the professionalism of a personal trainer (Leigh Murphy) has made all the difference.
