Meet Lisa

Lisa is a Melbourne personal trainer. Lisa completed a Physical Education degree at RMIT University and has been involved in athletics since an early age, representing Victoria as a Race Walker. Her passion is in cricket where she played for over 12 years captaining 2 premiership clubs. She has over 9 years experience in personal training giving countless clients the results they have wanted.

Training Style & Influences

I like to push clients to their maximum each session. My aim is to make each session fun and enjoyable but still high intensity. Each session is individually tailored to the clients goals. I use a lot of interval type training because it is very effective.

Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Fitness - Gym Instructor
  • Certificate IV in Fitness - Personal Trainer
  • Level 2 First Aid
  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Physical Education)

    Although I live to push clients to the maximum, I am able to adapt to suit each client. I train a lot of older clients who have become stronger and more mobile through their training. One elderly client had a big improvement in their osteoporosis tests. I've had a number of female clients losing between 5-12 kgs.

To be able to help others make the required changes to improve their lifestyle. I get great satisfaction from seeing my clients reaction when they reach their goals.
