Meet Jason

Jason is a Melbourne personal trainer. From a very young age, Jason has been into adrenalin sports, participating in rock climbing, parachuting, bungee jumping, abseiling, white water rafting and paragliding. But after spending quite some time in the hospitality industry, he was influenced by the Biggest Loser trainer Jillian, where he saw the potential to do something he loved. Jason has always believed that healthy eating and exercise gets you the body you want and he loves working out and truly loves working with people to help them achieve this and reach their full potential.

Training Style & Influences

My background is in rock climbing and building lean muscle and endurance muscles. If you bring 90% effort I will find the 110 more you require to get you the results.
