Meet Chantel

Chantel is a Melbourne personal trainer. Chantel completed her course at the Australian Institute of Fitness. She has always been around sports as all her brothers grew up involved in sports. She has participated in gymnastics at an early age reaching state level competition. She has also played touch football and soccer both indoors and outdoors. She started training in the gym just to keep her general fitness up. Fitness has always been a part of her life and she wants to help make fitness a part of her clients' lives.

Training Style & Influences

I have a varied sports background ranging from gymnastics, football and soccer. I have good knowledge of bodybuilding and building muscles as I was always surrounded by it whilst growing up. So I bring multiple experiences to each session.
