Why Fitzroy Swimming Pool - Yarra Leisure?
The City of Yarra offers a range of leisure and recreation opportunities. The Council is committed to helping community members stay active, fit and healthy and has developed a number of plans and strategies to ensure everyone stays on track to achieve this.
The Council has spent millions of dollars upgrading our facilities, with our range of high quality sites - Richmond Recreation Centre, Collingwood Leisure Centre and the Fitzroy Swimming Pool.
In these facilities, the Council offers a range of services and activities including gym classes, swimming lessons, massage, spas and saunas, programs for older people, yoga and pilates, child care and the list continues.
The Fitzroy Swimming Pool includes
- 50 Metre Outdoor Heated Pool
- Separate Outdoor Toddler Pool with sun smart shade cloth
- Relaxation area with spa, steamroom and sauna
- Group fitness studio including yoga and pilates classes
- Spinning cycle room
- Fully equipped gymnasium

Membership Details

Fitness is all about flexibility & so are our memberships. If you are into everything, we have a membership with the lot. If you just prefer to immerse yourself, we have memberships for that too. Our different type of memberships include:
- Multi sport : unlimited use of multi-sport sessions
- Swim squad : access to pool, spa, sauna, steam rooms + multi-sport swim squad
- Full Access : Access to all facilities
- Off Peak - 8:00 am - 400 pm
- Aquatic - Access to the pool, spa, sauna, steam room
- 50+ : over 50 years old
- Yarra Youth : 12 - 17 years old *
- Family : minimum of 2 to join *
- Corporate : available to local businesses, minimum 10 members*

Body Balance

Description
BODYBALANCE(TM) is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Every three months, Les Mills releases a new BODYBALANCE(TM) class with fresh choreography and music.
