Training Style & Influences
Having spent many a year as a ski instructor I have been able to teach kids and make challenging activities fun for all groups and levels of ability. This makes me a perfect choice if you want to do some pre-season training for skiing.
My training style is upbeat, energetic and motivating. i also like to focus on all over toning, strength and stamina, which comes from my bodypump instructing background. Teaching bodypump gives me the opportunity to train corporate groups and deal with varying levels of fitness in the one session.
