Meet Olivia

Olivia is a St Kilda personal trainer. As a youngster, Olivia enjoyed many sports, being active in basketball and cross country. She participated competitively in athletics and tennis in local and school competitions throughout her teens. After high school, she ventured overseas to travel and explore the world before returning in 2002. When she returned, she continued to stay active playing in social basketball competitions and daily running. As a result for her passion for staying active, she decided to become a personal trainer and help women like herself with day to day fitness issues.

Training Style & Influences

I train in 30 minute blocks as this fits in well with our members' busy lives. I often choose circuit-style training as this means we can target various different muscle groups as efficiently as possible. My style of training makes you work at a higher intensity, therefore achieving your desired results in a minimum amount of time.

  • Certificate III in Fitness - Gym Instructor
  • Certificate IV in Fitness - Personal Trainer
  • Level 2 First Aid
  • Exercise for elderly
  • Boxing for Personal Training Course

    Bootcamps - I have experience running large group session usually over 8 week programs. I run many strength and weight-loss training programs. Many clients can lose from 5kg to 10kg during a program.

    Weight-loss - I use a lot of cardio with weights in my weight-loss sessions. I specialise in helping busy women from 20 - 40 years old with weight management.
