Training Style & Influences
With my education background, my sessions focus on technique and educating the client about how to do each exercise, as well as why and which muscles are involved. Education, training and fitness is a life long process not just a quick fix. It is a balance of everything you do. I like to emphasise nutrition and help clients integrate this into their lives. I'm a comedian and love to make people laugh, making the sessions more fun and friendly.
