Why Don Tatnell Leisure Centre?
The centre is open to the public 7 days a week and is available to the whole community. It offers a variety of land and aquatic-based exercise classes available for members and casual users to enjoy. In addition the centre includes spa, sauna, steam and gym facilities.

The gym offers fitness assessments and individually designed programs. The gym is equipped with qualified staff who supervise the gym floor and are always on hand to provide advice on exercise and technique. Fitness assessments screen members and assess the needs of the person before beginning an exercise program. Members are entitled to regular re-assessments and program reviews. A chair lift enables those normally unable to enter the gym to participate in exercise.

The pool, spa, sauna and steam facilities are available to 16 years and above. The facilities operate daily and offer relaxation after a session in the pool or gym. Swimming lessons are held during each school term and enable the younger ones to enjoy the centre in a safe and comfortable atmosphere.

Gym Membership Details
Health and fitness memberships are available to help you achieve your goals. Our gymnasium is fully supervised by fitness professionals, so if you have any questions or need assistance, there is always a friendly instructor to help. Our Club Gold membership entitles you to full use of all the facilities including gym, fitness assessments, individual programs, group fitness classes, Aqua classes and use of spa, sauna and pool. This membership entitles you to ongoing fitness assessments and programs. We also have an excellent junior Gym program for children aged 8 - 15.

Swim Plus membership entitles you to full use of the pool, steam, sauna and spa.
Aquatic education programs are on offer, providing tuition for infants through to adult levels. Whether you're a beginner to advanced level, there is a class for you.

The "Living Longer Living Stronger" (50+) program offers both individual and class based activities for older adults. It enables older adults to participate in supervised strength training programs, and aims to increase the quality and quantity of strength training programs for people over 50 years.
Rules
All members must carry a towel in workout areas and wipe down equipment after use.

All weights must be replaced once an exercise is completed.

Please avoid dropping weights and treat all equipment with care.

Suitable exercise attire, including shoes with closed toes and rear straps are to be worn at all times.

BODYBALANCE(TM) is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Every three months, Les Mills releases a new BODYBALANCE(TM) class with fresh choreography and music.
