Meet Fabrice

I was a bouncer for 23 years in night-clubs all around Melbourne & Queensland. I used to Row for Lorne Life-saving club; rowin in surf-boats (racing). I also trained in Martial-Arts (Kempo, Silat, Japanese Martial Arts) & Kickboxing under Richard Norton & Sylvio Morrelie. I have also trained in Judo and I participated in marathon running for quite a few years before I got into bodybuilding.

Training Style & Influences

A varied experience in broad types of training including techniques and styles from my Martial-Arts / Kickboxing background, to high-intensity Rowing training (I push right to the edge of your capabilities), Marathon preparation techniques

I also like to bring the physical, mental and spiritual together. All these are connected and interdependent and I ensure all areas are covered.

  • Certificate III in Fitness - Gym Instructor
  • Certificate IV in Fitness - Personal Trainer
  • Level 2 First Aid
  • More than 7 years training experience
  • 2nd Dan Martial Arts
  • Bronze Medal - Surf Lifesaving Victoria
  • More than 20 years fitness experience

Why I Became a Personal Trainer

I was uneducated and I was a bouncer and I realised the way forward was to go back tos chool to study to become a certified Personal Trainer. This allowed me to apply all my personal fitness & sport knowledge professionally and ultimately allowed me to help other people; especially the overly obese and the elderly and thos people who really need training to improve their lifestyle and health
