Our Group Training Studio is fully airconditioned and heated to provide a comfortable enviroment for our most energetic classes, fatburner, hi-lo, and powerbar through to our most relaxing classes such as yoga and pilates. You never have to book your place as we have the largest studio in Frankston or the surrounding area. We run over 50 classes a week across the club to help keep you motivated and traing.
