Meet Nathan
Nathan has over 20 years of experience in sports and fitness. He has spent over 13 years in training, teaching, and inspiring thousands of people to get in better shape, strengthen bodies, develop mental toughness, increase self-confidence, and learn a better way of life.
Nathan is a Physical Training Instructor certified through the Australian Defence Force Physical Training School.
Nathan has been tasked with a variety of assignments from lecturing military groups on health and fitness issues to managing military gymnasiums throughout Australia.
He has been recognized in The Herald Sun, Alpha Magazine, The Navy News and more than 50 international papers. Nathan has helped all types of people reach their health and fitness training goals from every type of level imaginable.
His focus is on training like-minded people and making them accountable for their own success or failure.

Training Style & Influences
I combine many styles including Military fitness and cross training at it's best. Functional fitness through Paul Chek and the Chek institute's holistic approach to training. Having served 10 years in the military I was privileged enough, as a physical fitness training instructor, to be involved in all facets of health and fitness - from rehab to extreme testing. My job allowed me to train with some of the smartest and fittest men in the world and my knowledge extends from this background to my clients.

Why I Became a Bootcamp Instructor
I joined the military for many reasons.
1. To test myself on many levels and serve my country. 2. Fitness, but was not getting paid money to stay fit.
I have gained extensive knowledge in endurance training, combat, rehab, weight loss and had the opportunity to train with many specialist trainers within the military and around the world.
It's a passion that is part of my life and something I wish to share with as many people I come across.

I wish to thank your staff for their constant help and motivational qualities. When I first started training, I was overweight and my fitness level was low; the support and aide your staff provided me with was invaluable, as it allowed me to push beyond my own expectations and take my fitness to a new level. As a result of my Boot Camp training, I was able to participate in and complete the 24 Hour SEAL Challenge.
This was a life-changing experience, as it not only challenged me physically, but mentally as well. It encouraged me to question my own abilities and self-beliefs. The set tasks: memory enhancement drills, sleep deprivation, minimal food and even learning to sing “I wanna be a Navy Seal”, tested me for every minute. Through this, I was able to develop a new mindset, which will help me overcome any challenges that life decides to throw my way.
Since starting Bootcamp, I have lost nearly 20 kilograms in weight. I now feel fantastic, but more importantly, I have gained a new lease on life; with a fitter body and a strong mindset. Thanks so much for all your help, and I hope others gain what I have from the Navy SEAL Bootcamp experience.
