    -Trained people with injuries that couldn't be fixed. I devised structured rehab programs targetting specific areas in order to achieve a successful outcome
    -Have trained beginner & champion weightlifters (who have gone on to win world championships in drug-free events)

Why I Became a Personal Trainer

Because my father, Mighty Apollo, started the gym & I was brought up in the fitness industry being an important part of my life. Fitness is a huge part of someone's being and it is an interesting and fulfilling area to be involved in. I think there is also a great satisfaction in helping people improve their well-being.
