Training Style & Influences
-Has evolved over the years, to where I have developed my own style & philosophy through much trial and error and going through the process myself
-I believe in developing absolute strength and making sure the body stays balanaced and most of all making things fun
-Use unconventional methods; methods that are constantly changing loading patterns, that ensure constant adaption, some of these include chains, kettle-bells, bands, various bars and the list goes on
