Individual goals are achieved with varied training techniques, nutritional advice and motivational support. Lena has vast experience with resistant training, core stabilisation fitball, fat loss cardio boxing, pre and post natal training, location training and corporate group training

Why I Became a Personal Trainer

I became addicted to training when I found an American Women's Bodybuilding magazine and wanted to look like the cover-girl. Following my training & competition days, I couldn't get enough of training and wanted more. So I got into training others. I also was injured and so got into rehabilitation techniques & specialise in Fitball & Core exercises. I have been Personal Training for more than 6 years.
