Meet Daniel

-Registered Myotherapist (studied for 3 years at the Australian School of Therapeutic Massage)
-Started Kickboxing (1yr), then progressed to weight-training, body-weight, skipping, fitness
-Then got into training other people, linking my knowledge in Myotherapy to training and have been doing it for more than 3 years now

Training Style & Influences

Martyn Girvan, Shaun Bostock, Daniel DiPasqua, Westside Barbell have all influenced the way I train myself and my clients. I use a lot of squat, dead-lift, bands & circuit methodologies and different types of bars and equipment (a tonne of variation!)

Qualifications

  • Advanced diploma in Remedial Massage-Myotherapy (including strength & conditioning)
  • More than 3 years experience as a Personal Trainer
