Our Guarantees
1. Safety is our most important priority and takes precedence over all else.
2. Guarantee an increase in your health and fitness over the 4 weeks if you attend every session with effort.
3. $10 cash back if you feel you did not received anything from the class (SEAL Boot Camp or Group session). 4. We will not yell at, scream at or belittle any of our members throughout a class.
5. Provide an experienced, qualified, health and fitness professional (expert in their field) to all programs we conduct. In addition you have the availability to discuss any issues in person or over the phone you may have.
6. We will start on time, complete a thorough warm up and cool down and target each individual's fitness level throughout the session no matter how extreme.
7. If after your first session you decide that our training is not for you, we will refund your money no questions asked. We offer a money back guarantee on ALL programs we run.

Boot camps (4 Photos)
The Absolute Fitness Boot camp in Elwood and surrounding suburbs is a 4 week program running 3 days per week. It is delivered to you by Vicfit and Fitness Australia qualified Ex Military Physical Training Instructors. Classes are designed utilising the latest research that will deliver the gains and results you are looking for.
Strength, Endurance, Aerobic, Loading The acronym SEAL stands for Strength – Endurance - Aerobic – Loading which is the basis of all classes. The Navy SEAL Elwood Outdoor training Boot camp involves military style fitness classes, which include Circuits, non contact Boxing, Endurance activities including Scenario Based activities, Rope, Tyre and Stretcher Runs, Agility and Running Drills, Run & Dodge activities, Mini Obstacle Courses, and Competitive Team Activities.
Our outdoor classes are challenging, rewarding and each Elwood Boot camp develops a sense of camaraderie and team work amongst participants that you won’t find in any other style of fitness class. Classes of this nature should only be instructed by those with real life experience as a Military Physical Training Instructor.
We often incorporate beaches into our bootcamp programs.

Mums & Bubs Training
|
Description
Mums & Bubs (M & B) fitness classes are designed specifically for Mums to assist them in getting fit and healthy at a time in their life when they need it the most. We also have a few stay at home Dad's and childless women training as well so you don't need to have a child to attend these sessions.
Focusing on fun & functional fitness, this unique class combines strength-training, cardiovascular drills & core strength exercises help lose that baby fat & keep up with kids!
Clients are working with other Mums in a friendly and non-intimidating environment so be prepared for an influx of renewed energy and confidence. Have fun, meet friends and do something for yourself again.
